Welcome to the City of Oshkosh Neighborhood Association Website!
The City of Oshkosh is committed to strengthening and supporting neighborhoods. There are a variety of resources and programs available to recognized neighborhood associations. Through the ONE Oshkosh Initiative, we support the development of new and existing neighborhood associations. Our non-profit partner, Greater Oshkosh Healthy Neighborhoods Incorporated (GO-HNI), assists in the organizing process for new neighborhood associations. The Oshkosh Healthy Neighborhoods Alliance, a volunteer board consisting of neighborhood representatives, meets every 3rd Tuesday of the month at 6pm.
We encourage you to get involved in your community to help make Oshkosh a “City of Neighborhoods”!
What is a Neighborhood?
A neighborhood is a geographically defined area within the City of Oshkosh, membership of a neighborhood association is voluntary. It is important to remember that neighborhood associations are not the same as homeowner associations - they are more loosely formed and do not have covenants, conditions, and restrictions.
