The Four Seasons Building is located on the shores of Lake Butte des Morts and the Fox River at the east side of Lakeshore Park. It offers access to the Oshkosh Riverwalk, Lakeshore Park and nearby Rainbow Park. Its modern structure has high ceilings and glass walls to take advantage of the stunning views from this location. It is the perfect space for any event – weddings, graduations, anniversaries, corporate functions, family gatherings, birthday parties, and more!
The facility is temperature controlled and available year-round. It has both interior restrooms and exterior restrooms, as well as a wraparound deck area. The facility can seat groups of up to 96 people, and includes assembly room, indoor restrooms, patio, kitchenette, tables and chairs, and a 100" video monitor with HDMI connection.. Kitchenette, or warming kitchen, includes a full-size refrigerator with a freezer, counter space with electrical outlets, a handwashing sink, and a pass-through serving window. Reservations are available by the day and can be made within the facility’s operational hours from 10:00 am to 10:00 pm.
Reservations must be made a minimum of 7 days in advance and can be made a maximum of 24 months in advance. Rental is not available on New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. To reserve the facility, please contact the Oshkosh Parks Department at (920) 236-5080 or stop in the Parks Department Administrative Office located at 805 Witzel Avenue. The rental fee must be paid in full at the time of booking, dates will not be held until full payment is received. The rental fees (including tax) are as follows:
City of Oshkosh Residents

- Weekends*/Holidays: $ 338.78
Non-Residents
- Weekdays: $ 338.78
- Weekends*/Holidays: $ 391.25
*Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays are charged at the weekend rate.
