Boat Launches
The City of Oshkosh has six boat launches for public use. You can pay a daily fee of $7 to launch or purchase a boat launch sticker for one year or three years.
Boat launch permits can be purchased at:
- Electronic pay stations are located at each boat launch within the City of Oshkosh. Receipts should be placed on the driver’s side dash. If you purchase a season-long permit at an electronic pay station, bring the receipt to the Parks Department Office within 14 days of purchase to receive your sticker.
- Click here to purchase an annual or three-year sticker online. A permit sticker will be mailed to you.
- Annual and three-year stickers can be purchased in person at the Parks Department Office located at 805 Witzel Avenue. We accept cash, checks, and credit cards.
A daily or annual pass is required for any boat or motorized watercraft that is trailered. For further info, please refer to Municipal Code Chapter 19-7 or contact the Parks Department at 920.236.5080.

Miller's Bay Mooring/Kayak & Canoe Storage
Miller's Bay offers a variety of options, including sailboat mooring, catamaran docks, on-land storage, and kaya/canoe racks. The season aligns with the standard navigation period and typically opens for new applicants in mid-February. Previous applicants have the first opportunity to retain the same space they used in prior years.
