Online Permitting
New Home Permit Applications
The online application for new home permits is currently under development.
To apply for a new home permit, please email inspections@oshkoshwi.gov. Our staff will assist you with the application process.
We apologize for any inconvenience as we work to make permitting easier and more efficient.
Apply for Permits Online
Apply for permits online through the City's permitting portal.
- Create an account in the permitting portal.
- Select and submit the permit application you need.
- Once your application is reviewed and approved, you will receive an email with the permit fee due.
- Pay online through your OpenGov account using a debit card, credit card, or electronic check. Additional processing fees may apply. You may also mail or drop off a check.
Construction may not begin until the permit has been issued and all required fees have been paid.
