Bicycle and Pedestrian Bridge

The City of Oshkosh has received a federal Safe Streets and Roads for All (SS4A) grant award to support the design and construction of a new bicycle and pedestrian bridge crossing Interstate 41 (I-41) and I-41 frontage roads.

City Center

On May 26, 2026, the Oshkosh Common Council approved moving forward with an Offer to Purchase for the City Center property, beginning a formal due diligence process that is expected to continue through September 30, 2026.

Emergency Operations Center

The City of Oshkosh Police Department and Oshkosh Fire Department are evaluating the need for a shared Emergency Operations Center/Joint Public Safety Training Center.

Fire Department Station 15

The City is evaluating improvements to Fire Station 15 to provide modern, accessible facilities that better support today's workforce and the Fire Department's long-term operational needs.

Oshkosh Convention Center

The City of Oshkosh is completing a refresh of the Oshkosh Convention Center to maintain a welcoming, functional, and competitive meeting and event venue.

Transit Center

This project will add a second platform, a climate-controlled waiting area, and public restrooms. These improvements will allow all transit passengers to board and exit buses off-street.

Zoning Code Rewrite

The City of Oshkosh is rewriting the City's zoning code to reflect changes in best practices and engage in opportunities available to the City.

Clearwells Replacement

The City of Oshkosh is completing a significant infrastructure project called The Water Filtration Plant Clearwells Replacement Project.
