Plan Commission/Common Council Review
A pre-submittal meeting with a Planner is required prior to applying for Plan Commission.
Apply online for Planning and Zoning Appointment Request.
Application submittal deadlines are noon on Mondays, unless otherwise noted:

If application is turned in after noon or incomplete, it will move to the next submittal deadline date.
Note About Meeting Dates
Meetings are held on Tuesdays, unless otherwise noted, at Oshkosh City Hall, Room 406, 215 Church Avenue, Oshkosh, WI. Plan Commission starts at 4 p.m. and Common Council starts at 6 p.m.
Meeting dates are tentative. Common Council may be a later date for certain items needing public hearings or newspaper publications.
