Boundaries: The Congress Field Neighborhood boundaries are: Southern boundary: W. New York Avenue (both sides)
Northern boundary: Congress Avenue (both sides)
Western boundary: Elmwood Avenue (eastern side)
Eastern boundary: Historic Jackson Drive Neighborhood boundary
Vision: We envision a community where all neighbors are connected and valued. We aim to instill pride in place and a commitment to developing a thriving neighborhood.
Mission: The Congress Field Neighborhood Association brings neighborhood residents together to create a strong, respectful, diverse, and inclusive community, to highlight our neighborhood assets, to address neighborhood concerns, and to improve local quality of life.
