To subscribe click the the subscribe link or copy and paste the email address to a new blank email. When the email is sent you will recieve an email that you must reply to confirm your subscription.
Be sure to add "listserver.oshkoshwi.gov" and "oshkoshwi.gov" to your safe senders, to avoid any of the process getting blocked by your spam filters.
