The City of Oshkosh aims to provide a park and recreation system that meets the needs of both current residents and future generations. We are committed to preserving and protecting the city's open spaces, waterways, historical sites, and natural resources while enhancing the quality of life for residents.

The Oshkosh Parks Department oversees several facilities, including Menominee Park Zoo, Menominee Park Children's Amusement Center, Pollock Community Water Park, Leach Amphitheater, Lakeshore Park 4 Seasons Building, Riverside Cemetery, the Riverwalk, along with numerous parks and boat launches throughout the city. There are 15 reservable shelters across five different parks. Additional services include boat launch passes, mooring, adopt-a-site, and memorial trees and benches.
