MEMORIAL BENCH PROGRAM
This program provides the opportunity to donate a bench in memory of a loved one or to honor someone you care
about. A bench will be placed in one of Oshkosh’s parks, along a trail or in another approved public space. This donation
provides a lasting remembrance and is also a valuable contribution to the City to be used and enjoyed by all.
The cost to donate a memorial bench is $1,800. Included with your donation is a six-foot-long bench and a 5” x 7”
engraved metal plaque. The City of Oshkosh Parks Department will be responsible for installing the bench with engraved
metal plaque.
The donor may express a preference to the location of the bench; the specific location will ultimately be determined by
Parks Department staff depending on needs and availability. Find available park locations on the next page.
Please complete the information below and return this page, along with a check payable to the City of Oshkosh, to the
address below. Payment can also be made in person by cash, check or card at the Parks Administrative Office. Benches
will be installed the following spring or fall, depending on the timing of your donation.
