Important Dates

2025 Revaluation Timeline for Residential and Commercial Properties

  • January through June: Inspections of properties (Residential & Commercial)
    • Residential inspections take place at the request of property owners
  • July: Income & Expense Forms mailed out to commercial property owners (Commercial)
    • Complete and return the form to Assessor’s Office by Monday, August 4, 2025.
  • August: Input data, refine values, consulting with DOR on proposed values, complete inspections (Residential & Commercial)
  • Late August through Early September: Notices of Changed Assessment were mailed on August 29, 2025. Property owners will receive a notice if their assessed value changed from the previous year, specifically the 2024 value (Residential & Commercial)
  • September: Open Book (Residential & Commercial)

      • Thursday, October 16, 2025 starting at 9:30 AM
        • A written objection (form PA-115A) must have been filed with the City Clerk at least 48 hours before the first scheduled Board or Review meeting
