Important Dates
2026 Notice of Changed Assessment will be mailed on April 13, 2026. If your assessment did not change from the previous tax year, you will not receive a Notice of Changed Assessment.
Open Book will begin April 22, 2026 through April 28, 2026 from 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM in Room 208 of City Hall. Please call 920-236-5070 in advance to set up an appointment for the Open Book. We cannot guarantee an Open Book meeting unless you schedule an appointment in advance.

The Board of Review will meet May 21, 2026 at 9:00 AM in Room 406 of City Hall. A written objection must have been filed with the City Clerk at least 48 hours before the first scheduled Board of Review meeting. Please contact the City Clerk, Darla Salinas, at 920-236-5014 or dsalinas@oshkoshwi.gov, at least 48 hours prior to the Board of Review to obtain an objection form and to make an appointment for the Board of Review. Failure to provide 48 hours advance notice to the City Clerk may result in denial of a hearing at the Board of Review.
