2026 Approved Contractor Right-of-Way License List
Annual Excavation License
Allowable work performed under an Annual Right-of-Way Excavation License includes any disturbance of the right-of-way, vacated right-of-way, or City easement, such as, but not limited to, concrete sidewalk, mud jacking, and utility excavations.
Annual Obstruction License
Allowable work performed under an Annual Right-of-Way Obstruction License includes any impacts to pedestrian, vehicular, or bicycle traffic or restricted access due to private or public work caused by utility vehicles, large equipment, temporary scaffolding, dumpsters, or cranes placed within the public right-of way, vacated right-of-way, or City easement.
