The Four Seasons Building is situated on the shores of Lake Butte des Morts and the Fox River, on the east side of Lakeshore Park, providing access to the Oshkosh Riverwalk, Lakeshore Park, and nearby Rainbow Park. Its modern structure features high ceilings and glass walls, allowing it to take full advantage of the stunning water views. It is the perfect space for any event – weddings, graduations, anniversaries, corporate functions, family gatherings, birthday parties, and more!
The facility is temperature-controlled and open year-round. It features both indoor and outdoor restrooms, along with a wraparound deck. The space can accommodate groups of up to 96 people and includes a kitchenette, tables, chairs, and a 100-inch video monitor with an HDMI port. The standing capacity is 125 people. The kitchenette, also known as a warming kitchen, features a full-size refrigerator with a freezer, counter space equipped with electrical outlets, a hand-washing sink, and a pass-through serving window.
Reservations are available by the day and take place during the facility’s hours from 10:00 am to 10:00 pm. Reservations must be made at least 7 days in advance and can be booked up to 24 months ahead. Rentals are not available on New Year's Eve, New Year's Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve or Christmas Day.
