The Department of Community Development plays a variety of roles in carrying out its responsibilities to the citizens of Oshkosh through its 4 Divisions.

Assessment Services Division is located in Room 208, City Hall, 215 Church Avenue.

Economic Development Division is located in Room 201, City Hall, 215 Church Avenue.

Inspection Services Division is located in Room 205, City Hall, 215 Church Avenue.

The Planning Services Division is located in Room 204, City Hall, 215 Church Avenue.
