Oshkosh Seniors Center

The Oshkosh Seniors Center welcomes and encourages all citizens over 50 years of age to visit and tour our wonderful facility. We invite you to discover all of the programs and resources available to help you age well. State-of-the-art strength training equipment, cardio options, group classes, and personal training, we have everything you need.

We operate one of the largest and most visited Senior Centers in Wisconsin with two buildings on our campus.

The North Building at 234 N. Campbell Road houses fitness and wellness programming including personal training, balance programming and group exercise classes as well as our award winning wood shop that offers guided hours and classes to help you grow your skills or learn new ones.

The South Building at 200 N. Campbell Road is home to the Center's cooking, educational, entertainment, music, nail care and crafting programs including clay, resin, card making, essential oils, painting, stained glass, woodburning and more.

The North Building is open Monday thru Friday from 7 am to 4 pm.

Center staff are available to help you check your Medicare B coverage for fitness benefits. Many of these plans cover the cost of using the fitness facility and taking classes.

The Oshkosh Seniors Center encourages residents to commit to being proactive as they age. The Center has the tools it takes for you to live your best life. Below, you will find our newsletter, The Current, which has details on all our events and fitness offerings.

Fees

While there is not a residency requirement to participate, there are City of Oshkosh Resident and Non-Resident fees for those who are not living within the city limits for specific programs/activities. For more information regarding Center User Fees, please contact the Center at 232-5300.

Volunteers

We rely on the talents and skills of over 300 volunteers to help run our programs and events. As part of our volunteer team you will make a difference in the lives of our 4000 participants and make a positive impact on the community. We have a wide variety of volunteer needs and we will work with you to find the right fit.

Parking

Parking for activities and program is available at both the South Building and the North Building. Handicapped parking available.

Rentals

The Oshkosh Seniors Center is available for after-hours and weekend rentals. We are an affordable, beautiful site for wedding and bridal showers, birthday or anniversary parties, holiday or other get-togethers, meetings, and more. Rental rates start at $30/hour.
