Paul is a returning Council member in 2026 having served a combined 13 years previously including 2 years as Mayor (April 2009 - April 2011).

Paul has served on the City's Landmarks Commission, Redevelopment Authority, Plan Commission and Traffic Review Advisory Board. He was also a former Ambassador for the Oshkosh Chamber of Commerce and a recipient of the Verl Franz Distinguished Leadership Award.

Paul is a lifelong resident of Oshkosh. He has been a Real Estate agent in Oshkosh for 13 years and previous to that was a television and radio advertising salesperson. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing from Marion College and an Associate's Degree in Marketing from Fox Valley Technical College. Paul married his wife Jackie on August 22nd, 1998 in Oshkosh. They have a son (Carson) and a daughter (Sydney). Paul enjoys the great natural resources that Oshkosh has to offer and is a huge fan of EAA's annual AirVenture.

Paul is a proud representative of the City of Oshkosh and cherishes the opportunity to represent the citizens of Oshkosh.
