Advisory Group Meeting Notes - 5-21-19

City staff provided an overview of the work that occurred since the last meeting in January. Staff explained that as part of the public input process they focused on conducting stakeholder interviews to gather more information for the plan. Staff announced that a notification letter was distributed to all property owners in the district explaining the planning process.

Staff explained that they have been working with Houseal and Lavigne to create a district wide visualization that demonstrates the input collected during meetings and stakeholder interviews. Staff presented the draft version of the district visualization for the group to review. The group discussed the S Main Street design, river oriented design, and the street lay out.

The next meeting will be announced once there is more to present to the group.
