Connect Oshkosh powered by SeeClickFix gives you, the citizen, the the ability to report non-emergency neighborhood issues which is then routed to the the appropriate city staff to resolve. Some issues that can be reported are as follows:

  • Dead/Dying/Fallen Trees/Limb/Shrubs
  • Garbage/Recycling/ Junk & Debris
  • Hydrants
  • Pothole/Pavement/Curbs/manhole

  • Work without a Permit

Support

City of Oshkosh staff will respond to requests during regular business hours. On a holiday, weekend or after-hours, it will be reviewed on the next business day.

Connect Oshkosh is NOT to be used for emergencies. For emergencies that require immediate attention or a police response, call 9-1-1.

Once a report is sent, you will receive an email acknowledging your service request. You can continue to check on the status of the issue online. Once the work is complete or the issue has been resolved, you will be notified by email.
