Advisory Group Meeting Notes - 3-20-18
City staff led introductions and provided background for the planning process. The group discussed the future meeting schedule, establishing the 3rd Tuesday of month as regular meeting date. The group reviewed the materials from the meeting packets which included the “Imagine Oshkosh - Master Plan for Our Center City” among other planning documents. Staff gave a brief presentation on the current land use and existing condition for the proposed area. For the last 30 minutes of the meeting, staff provided maps to each participant with the expectation that they would draft a boundary for the proposed area plan. Next, staff divided participants into three groups for the group boundary exercise. Staff will compiled the results of the boundary exercise for the April meeting.
