Mayor's Climate Program

In September 2007 Mayor Frank Tower, with the approval of the City Council, approved the US Mayor’s Climate Protection Agreement. In recognition of the fact that climate disruption is an urgent threat to the environmental and economic health of our communities, the City of Oshkosh joined 1,060 other cities to prepare and address the impacts of a changing climate.
