How do I plan my trip and find routes or schedules?
Use the GO Transit website, Google Maps, or the GO Transit app to plan your trip and view current route maps and schedules.
How much does it cost to ride?
Regular one-way fare is $2.00. Reduced fare is $1.00 for eligible riders.
Who can ride for free?
Some children, eligible students, disabled veterans, and certain pass holders may ride free.
How can I pay my fare, including with the Umo app or WisGo card?
Riders can pay with the Umo app, a WisGo card, or exact cash. The Umo app can be used to add value, plan trips, and scan a QR code when boarding.
How do transfers, fare capping, and cash payments work?
Umo and WisGo riders can receive free transfers within 90 minutes and may benefit from daily, weekly, or monthly fare caps. Cash is accepted, but exact change is required and cash fares do not include transfers or fare capping.
Where can I get, reload, or replace a WisGo card?
WisGo cards are available at GO Transit, City Hall, Oshkosh Public Library, and select retailers. Register your card for lost-card protection and contact GO Transit if your card is lost.
What should I know when boarding and exiting the bus?
Arrive a few minutes early, wait at the bus stop sign, wave as the bus approaches, and pull the cord about a half block before your stop.
Is there service for riders who cannot use fixed-route buses?
Yes. GO Plus paratransit service is available for eligible riders who cannot use fixed-route buses.
How do I request accommodations, alternative formats, or reasonable modifications?
Contact GO Transit to request reasonable accommodations, alternative formats, translated materials, or policy modifications.

Are reduced fares available?
Yes. Reduced fares are available for eligible riders, including seniors and riders with qualifying disabilities.
Can students ride GO Transit?
Yes. Some Oshkosh Area School District and Fox Valley Technical College students may ride free with the appropriate ID or pass.
Can I bring children on the bus?
Yes. Children may ride GO Transit, and children under age 6 may ride free within posted limits when accompanied by a fare-paying rider.
