Cold Mix Program
Open Graded Cold Mix Bituminous Pavement is a mixture of coarse mineral aggregate mixed at air temperature with a polymer modified asphalt emulsion. The existing road base and surface is prepped and the cold mix material is laid on the prepared base to the required width and depth.
