International Wolf Day

Grey wolves have a long and twisting history in Wisconsin and throughout the country. Did you know only a few wild wolves remained in the state in the early 1950’s? Come learn about the importance of grey wolves on the landscape as well as how keepers take care of the resident wolves at Menominee Park Zoo. Events throughout the day will include keeper chats, a kids craft table, and special art opportunities with local artists. You can even help create enrichment to give to the wolves in the afternoon!
