Sacred Heart
Boundaries: Sacred Heart District is bounded by: South: 9th Ave (north side only), North: 4TH Ave, West: Knapp St. (both sides), East: Dakota St. (west side only).
Vision: Sacred Heart District is a walk able, socially, and economically diverse neighborhood, where the quality of life is rich for all ages. All people are welcomed and valued and are encouraged to engage in open and effective communication and to participate in community activities.
Mission: Sacred Heart District is a safe and welcoming neighborhood for all residents.
