Applications should be submitted at your earliest convenience and NO LATER than 60 days prior to an event.

If this is your first time using this site you will need to create a "NEW ACCOUNT" prior to creating an application.

• Select "NEW ACCOUNT" to create your account.
• Select "SPECIAL EVENT" or "BLOCK PARTY" to submit an application.

If you have a Permit Account already created, login to your account and:

• Select "SPECIAL EVENT" or "BLOCK PARTY".
