R4�e Baard of Pvblic Works is directed to prng3re a report consisting A. Final plans and specifications for said inmrovements. B. An estimate of the entire mst of the inguvvc�irents and laterals. C. An estimate as to each parcel of praperty within the assess�nt district of: (1) The assess�nt of benefits to be levied for each i.�rovescent. (2) The cla�c�:s to be awarded for psr�perty take� or d�rages hy each i�roveirent. ( 3) The net amnmt of benefits over dam3ges or of damages over benefits for each i�rove�nt. Upon com�pletion of such report, the Board of Public Works is directed to file a cooy thereof in the City CZerk's Office for public inspection. 7. Upon receiving the report of the Board of Public Works, the City Clerk is directed to give notice of a public hearing on such reports as specified in Section 66.60 (7) of the Wisconsin Statutes. The hearing shall be held by the Beard of Public works at the Coimcil Chamk�ers in the City Hall at a time set by the Clerk in accordance with Section 66.60 (7) of the Wiscronsin Statut�es. 8. The Wisco:�sin Ptwiic Service Cerroration of Oshkosh, Wisconsin, is hereby x�quired to install gas mainG in said strnet and service laterals at such intervals as the Board of Public Works shall direct, said woric to be co�leted prior to the i�roveicent of the said street, the City Clerk shall fonaard a certified copy of this resolution to said corporation forthwith . 9. The Board of Public Wozks arid the prooer city o£ficials shall do all t'�ings necessary so as to co�lete the installation of storm sewers in said street prior to the i�rovnlrent thereof, if necessary. 10.
