The Common Council o£ the City of Oshkosh do ordain as follows: SECTION 1. That Section 4-51 of the Oshkosh Municipal Code pertaining to alcoholic beverage regulations in City parks is hereby amended to read as follows: 4-51 (a) A special permit shall be issued £or the possession and consumption o£ keg beer (fermented malt beverage) in any and all City parks. The permit fee shall be $5.00 dollars and shall be obtainable from the Department of Parks at least 72 hours prior to the date it is to be held. 1. A keg shall be defined as any container containing one (1) gallon of liquid or more. Add Paragraph (e), Section 4-51 to read as follows: !e!
