OF TAE OSHKOSH MUNICIPAL CODE PERTAINING TO ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE
REGULATIONS IN CITY PARKS.
The Common Council o£ the City of Oshkosh do ordain as follows:
SECTION 1. That Section 4-51 of the Oshkosh Municipal Code
pertaining to alcoholic beverage regulations in City parks is hereby
amended to read as follows:
4-51
(a) A special permit shall be issued £or the possession and
consumption o£ keg beer (fermented malt beverage) in any
and all City parks. The permit fee shall be $5.00 dollars
and shall be obtainable from the Department of Parks at
least 72 hours prior to the date it is to be held.
1. A keg shall be defined as any container containing one
(1) gallon of liquid or more.
Add Paragraph (e), Section 4-51 to read as follows:

permits shall be made by and be at the discretion of the
Parks Director. The Parks Director shall limit the number
of keg beer permits when he determines that facilities
and management problems may occur.
