CANCEL SEWER & WATER ASSESSMENTS FOR THE RICHARD AND
LINDA AULER PROPERTY
CITY ADMINISTRATION
WHEREAS, the owners of the property have waived notice and hearing
pursuant to Sec. 66.60 of the Wisconsin Statutes, for the purpose of hearing
all interested persons concerning the assessments for sewer and water on the
property owned by Richard and Linda Auler, Tax Code No. 14-1536.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by tke Common Council of the City of Oshkosh
that the assessments for sewer and water on the property owned by Richard and
Linda Auler, Tax Code No. 14-1536, are hereby cancelled.
� BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk is directed to publish
this resolution in the OSHKOSH DAILY NORTHWESTERN, the official newspaper of
the City.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk is further directed to mail
a copy of this resolution to Richard and Linda Auler, 2854 Stony Beach Avenue,
Oshkosh, Wisconsin 54901.
