WHEREAS, the City of Oshkosh has heretofore advertised for bids for
Public Works Contract 83-16 pertaining to the Bowen Street dock reconstruction;
and
WHEREAS, upon the opening and tabulation of bids, it appears that the
following is the lowest and most advantageous bid:

for the purpose of same, all accordinq to plans, specifications and bid on
file. Money for this purpose is hereby appropriated from:
Account No. 321-872 - CD Job Bill funds
account No. 321-860 - Local Option Contingency
