BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Oshkosh that the
proper City officials are hereby authorized and directed to purchase the
following described property:
710 Idaho Street consisting of a triangular parcel
with 71.4 feet frontage on Idaho Street, 103.4 feet
on the north line and 125.2 feet along the railroad
right-of-way with 3,691 square foot area
from the estate of Arthur R. Marin far the purchase price of $3,691.00.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that upon the City Attorney filing a proper legal
opinion showing title well vested in the City, that money for this purpose is
hereby appropriated from Account No. 361-997 - Park Improvement Fund - Purchase
of Property.
