SET PUBLIC HEARING DATE FOR BUDGET CONSIDERATION
CITY ADMINISTRATION
WHEREAS, pursuant to Chapter 65 of the Wisconsin Statutes and ordin-
ances of the City of Oshkosh for adoption pursuant thereto, the proposed
Budget for the year 1984 is being prepared after taking into consideration
the financial requirements for the City of Oshkosh for 1984 together with
anticipated revenue, including revenue sharing funds, for the year 1984; and
WHEREAS, the Statutes require that a summary of such Budget be prepared
for public inspection and time and place be fixed for a p�blic hearing on
such Budget;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City cf
Oshkosh, that the proper City officials are hereby authorized and directed
to set the time for said pubZic hearing and to give notice thereof as provided
by law.
