BE IT Fl1RTHEA RESOLVED [hat approval of the Preliminary Pla[ known as
Firs[ Addition to Windsor Green Subdivision is contingen[ upon the following:
1) Payment of park fees in lieu of park land dedica[ion of $100
per lot prior to final plat approval.
2) A covenant be piaced on Ch= fac_ of [he final pla[ requiring
a $100 per uni[ fee in lieu of park land dedica[ion.
3) Tha[ a grading and drainage plan be submitted and approved
prior [o final pla[ approval.
4) The developer be responsible for all capi[al improvement cos[s
� incurred by [his developmen[.
5) A covenan[ be placed on the face of the final pla[ rela[ive
m s[orm drainage and grading plan pursuan[ to Sec[ion 30-
69(H) of ihe Ci[y of Oshkosh Subdivision Ordinance.
6) Tha[ only Lo[s 2-18 of Block 2, Lots 1-11 of Block 3, and Lo[s
