A GENERAL ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF OSHKOSH AMENDING SECTION
30-14 (B) OF THE OSHROSH MUNICIPAL CODE PERTAINING TO ZONING
DZSTRICTS.
The Common Council of the City of oshkosh do ordain as follows:
SECTION 1. That Section 30-14 (B) of the Oshkosh Municipal
Code pertaining to Zoning Districts and the map therein described
is hereby amended by adding thereto the district character of the
following described area:
KRAUSE ANNEXATION - Annexed to the 15th Ward
on October 1, 1981
ZONING: M-1 Light Industrial
A part of [he NW 1/4 af [he SW 1/4 of Section 1-18-16,
15th Ward, City of Oshkosh, Winnebago County, Wisconsin,
described as follows : Cortonendng a[ Che Lntersec[ion
of the centerlines of N. Main S[. and Fernau Ave. , thence
W aLong the centerline of Fernau Ave. 658.17 f[. � thence
N para11e1 with lackson St. 165 ft_ , [hence W parallei
with Fernau Ave. to the centerllne of .Iackson St. , [hence
5 along the cen[erline of Jackson St. to [he cen[erline of
