That �&ffi/Those site (s) in Appendix A (attached) of this agreement, which �/are within the control and jurisdiction of Oshkosh , have/ � been authorized as a work relief project(s) by the Winnebago County Oept. Social Services Hoard. It is hereby agreed that the County may assign geneml relief recipients to labor at such work relief pzoject (s). 2. That the County shall assign no more then 10 relief recipients to labor at each work relief project site at any one time. 3. That �Ghknch agrees to provide supervision to any relief zecipient assiqn to such project by the County. 4. That Oshkosh shall assign a person employed by it to each worksite who shall be responsible from providing work supervision to those recipients assigned to labor at euch pm;ect. • 5. That Oshkosh agrees to provide periodic zepozts to the County of the number o£ hours each relief zecipient has laboced at such project and as to the quality of labor performed by the recipients. 6. That Oshkosh shall be zesponsible for providing transportation to and from such project fox relief recipients assigned to such project 6y the County. � 7. That Winnebago County shall be responsible for providing worker's compensation insurance for the benefit of xelief recipients assigned by the County to . labor on such project. 8. That Oshkosh has the right [o accept or reject, with reasonable justification� those relief recipients assigned hy the County to labor on such project � - 35a - Res. #518 9. That this agreement may be cancelled by either party upon ten QO) days prior written notice to the opposite party. 10. County enters into this agreement pursuant to and by authority of the Winnebago County Board of Social Services. Oshkosh enters into this agreement pursuant to and by authority 'of the CiTy Council 11. Nothing contained in this agreement shall be construed to supersede the lawful powers or du[ies of either party. This agreement supersedes all oral agreements and negotiations between the parties relatinq to the subject matter thereof. Contract on Work Aeliei ?roject Sites Provide by City o£ Oshkosh - Interpretation of Item Six (6) on Transportation DATE: Februazy 6, 1986 The question was raised by the City of Oshkosh Welfaze Dept, as to the meaning of the statesent that "OShkosh shall be responsible Eoz providing transportation to and Erom such project foz zelie£ recipients assigned to such project by the County, ^ Our intent is and our current practice is that when a relief recipient is assigned to a work relief project site, the recipient must provide there own transportation to the site assiqned. Once at the site, if there is a need for the recipient to be transported to s�e other site or area and transportaEion is needed, then the Work P=oject Site would be responsible £or the transportation needed. When the work period is completed the recipient would be returned to the o=iginal work project site assigned and from that point - is zesponsible £or there own transportation home. - � It is not our intent or policy to have someone from the City come to the . Social Services Dept. to pick up relief recipients assigned to City work sites and deliver them to said sites.
