PURPOSE: APPROVE LAND ACQUISITION/WILSON' S PROPERTY
INITIATED BY: CITY A�MINISTRATION
BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Oshkosh that the
proper City officials are hereby authorized and directed to acquire the property
described in the attached "Exhibit A", for public parking purposes, in the
amount of $32,000.00.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the proper City officials are hereby author-
ized and directed to execute any documents necessary to consumate the offer
to purchase for said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that monies for this purpose are hereby appro-
priated from Account No. 717-215 -- Parking Utility - Land Off Street Parking.
