OF PUBLIC WORKS PLAN COMMISSZON RECOMMENDATZON: Approved 9-0 WHEREAS, it appears that the public interest requires that the following described street in the City of Oshkosh be vacated and discontinued; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Oshkosh that a hearing on the passage of the following resolution shall be held before the Common Council in the Council Chambers in the City Hall, City of Oshkosh, Winnebago County, Wisconsin, on Thursday, May 19, 1988 , at 7: 00 P.M. of said day and the proper City officials are hereby authorized and directed to give notice of said hearing by personal service and publication of said hearing as provided by law: BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City oP Oshkosh pursuant to Section 66.296(2) of the Wisconsin Statutes, that it is hereby declared that since the public interest requires it, the follawing described street in the City of Oshkosh, Winnebago County, Wisconsin, be vacated and discontinued: SOQTHEABT CORNER OF DOTY BTREET AND W. 16TH AVENQE All that part of Lots 6 and 7 of Block 45, Original Third Ward, City of Oshkosh, that lies north and west of a curved line the radius of said curve to be 50 ft. The south end of said curve to be 47 ft. south of the south line of W. 16th Avenue, on the east line of Doty Street. The east end of said curve to be 50 ft. east of east line of Doty Street, and 3 ft. north of south line of W. 16th Avenue, in Winnebago County, State of Wisconsin.
