RENTAL PROPERTY TAX PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS
10+ PROPERTIES-
Multi-Property Tax Payments—Check Received
The City is accepting electronic files for multiple property remittances. Please complete the “Rental Property Tax
Spreadsheet” located on the City of Oshkosh website on the Online Services page. Please email the completed
file to tax@oshkoshwi.gov. The payment can be mailed, dropped off in the 24 hour drop-box outside City Hall’s
main doors, or dropped off at the collections counter during business hours. We will process your payments
upon receipt of both the check and the completed and valid file.
The file needs to meet the following requirements:
1. Parcel number is 10 digits (include leading zero and ending zero’s, ex. 0623100000)
2. Do not include the “9” as this is a county digit.
