By completing and signing this form, I, for myself and/or my child, consent to allow GO Transit Staff to
produce a photo WisGo Student Pass. The pass log and copy of pass will be kept on file at the GO Transit
office. Ridership privileges may be suspended or revoked if the rider violates GO Transit ridership
policies. The replacement fee for lost passes is $5.00 (cash or check only) and must be paid before the
duplicate pass is issued.

WisGo Student Bus Pass Program
In partnership with the Oshkosh Area School District, GO Transit offers a free ride program for students actively
enrolled and attending a school within the district. Students that wish to participate in the free bus ride program
can obtain a WisGo Student Bus Pass free of charge by filling out the application and returning it to our GO
Transit offices. Our main office at 926 Dempsey Trail is open Monday – Friday from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. Our
Downtown Transit Center office at 110 Pearl Ave is open on Wednesday’s from 8:30 am – 4:30 pm.

• Students must scan their WisGo Student Pass when boarding the bus.
• Regular fares apply without a valid WisGo Student Pass.
• Driver and staff reserve the right to refuse service.
• Failure to follow GO Transit ridership rules may result in suspension
of service.

• Please be advised that GO Transit uses video and audio recording devices on all GO Transit buses and at
the Downtown Transit Center. In the event of an issue, accident or conduct violation, the captured audio
and video will be used and shared with school district personnel and/or the Oshkosh Police Department
and may be used in prosecuting the individual including suspension of service, citations or measures taken
by the student’s school.
• Student passes are strictly non-transferable. They can only be used by the student whose name and
photograph appear on the pass. Passes found to be used by individuals other than the designated student
will be immediately confiscated. Any violation of this policy will result in a suspension of ridership
privileges. A reinstatement fee of $20.00 will be required to reactivate suspended passes.
