Special Pickup Charges
For City of Oshkosh Sanitation Customers
To schedule a special pickup of large items or extra garbage bags, please complete the form below. Place the form with the
appropriate payment in an envelope (cash or check only), bring it to the Collections Office at City Hall, 215 Church Avenue, office
hours 8 am to 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday; or drop it off in the payment drop box located next to the front door of City Hall.
Make checks payable to the City of Oshkosh. Special prepaid pickups cannot be scheduled over the phone or online. Prepaid
items will be picked up on your garbage collection day, unless specified below. Pickup requests must be received no later than the
business day before collection. TVs, other Electronics and Tires will not be picked up curbside at any time. Please refer to the
garbage and recycling guide or call (920) 232-5383 for more information on large item preparation and limitations.

Charges
Freon Appliances (office code: PUPAPP) $25 each
Refrigerators, Freezers, Air Conditioners, Humidifiers, Dehumidifiers
Non-Freon Appliances and other Metal (office code: PUPMTL) $15 one trip _______
Ex: Washers, Dryers, Water Heaters, Lawn Mowers, Grills, Treadmills
Large Item (office code: PUPLRG) $15 each
Ex: couches, toilets, dressers, mattresses, box springs; carpeting or rugs
(up to 15 rolls, rolled & tied, no larger than 4 feet in length, weighing
less than 50 pounds)
Overflow Garbage (office code: OVRFLW) $15/up to 5 bags
Up to 5 bags of garbage, 50 pounds max weight for each bag

Special Requirements:
Place items at the curb for pickup no later than 5:00 am of the day of collection or no earlier than 4 pm the afternoon before.
Doors must be removed from all refrigerators and freezers as per state law.
Place overflow garbage 3 feet from your garbage and/or recycling cart(s) and any other obstructions on the day of collection.
