City of Oshkosh Sanitation Division
Garbage & Recycling Cart & Replacement Lid Purchase
Property Owners may purchase a new garbage and/or recycling cart or replacement garbage and recycling cart lids. Please
complete the form below, place the form with the appropriate payment (cash or check only) in an envelope, mail or bring it to the
Collections Office at City Hall, 215 Church Avenue, office hours 8 am to 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday; or drop it off in the
payment drop box located next to the front door of City Hall. Make checks payable to the City of Oshkosh. Carts and/or lids cannot
be ordered over the phone or online. Once the payment has been received by the Collections Office, the Sanitation Division will
deliver the garbage and/or recycling cart to the property address below. Please refer to the garbage and recycling guide or call (920)
232-5383 for more information.

*One garbage cart will be collected from each living unit in the city. If 2 or more garbage carts are collected from a single living unit, a fee of
$180 per cart, per year, will be invoiced to the property owner. If you understand this $180 charge please initial here. ________________
One recycling cart is required for each living unit. There is no limit to the amount of recycling carts collected per living unit.
Place the garbage and/or recycling cart that needs a replacement lid on the terrace. The lid will be replaced on the garbage collection day.
