Submittal:
✓ All applicants are required to meet with a City Planner prior to submittal.
✓ Site Plan: drawn to scale (maximum size 11 x 17), including but not limited to all structures,
parking, landscaping, lot lines and streets, with distances to each.
✓ Applications are to be submitted to the Planning Services Division:
Oshkosh City Hall (2nd Floor), Room 204, 215 Church Avenue or

Common Council dates are tentative as some requests will require publication in the
newspaper and will not be able to be placed on the next Council Agenda after the P lan
Commission meeting.
