ENTRANCES & EXITS, STAGE(S), AND WHERE ALCOHOL BEVERAGES WILL BE DISPENSED (if applicable)
If event is determined to be a special event you will be required to provide additional information
NOTE: SECTION 4-24 BEER GARDENS - A temporary beer garden is established in an area enclosed with at least one 3 ½’ tall fence,
which may be combined with walls, permanent fences or other temporary or permanent structures, landscaping or other elements
as may be approved by Department of Community Development and Police Department; or a waiver of the fencing requirements
is approved by the Council.
