ATTN: City of Oshkosh Homeowners
The City of Oshkosh has an owner-occupied housing rehabilitation
program. The program offers a 0% interest deferred payment loan to low
to moderate income property owners within the City limits.
Loans may be used for roofing, exterior work, plumbing, electrical,
furnaces, painting, and general repairs. NO REMODELING. You must
complete an application and be approved before any work is done.
