NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that at an election to be held in the City of Oshkosh on
Tuesday, April 7, 2026 the following offices are to be elected:
COUNCIL MEMBERS
THREE COUNCIL MEMBERS, for the term of 2 years, to succeed the present incumbents
listed, whose term of office will expire on April 21, 2026.

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the first day to circulate nomination papers is
Monday, December 1, 2025. The final day for filing nomination papers is 5:00 p.m. on
T u e s d a y , January 6, 2026 at the City Clerkâs Office, 215 Church Avenue.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that if a primary is necessary the primary will be held on
Tuesday, February 17, 2026
