A GENERAL ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF OSHKOSH AMENDING THE ZONING
ORDINANCE REGARDING STANDARDS FOR TWO FAMILY DWELLINGS IN THE
R-lC ZONING DISTRICT
The Common Council of the City of Oshkosh do ordain as follows:
SECTION 1. That Section 30-18(B)(2)(b) regarding standards for two family
dwellings in the R-lC Single Family Central zoning district is hereby repealed and
recreated to read as follows:
(b)
The percent of two family dwelling area permitted in a R-lC Single Family
Central Residence District is a maximum of ten (10) percent of the total land area
of any R-lC Single Family Central Residence District completely bounded on all
sides by other zoning districts, exclusive of public right-of-ways and other
nonresidential uses, as determined by the Department of Community
Development.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its
passage and publication.
