The report includes: • Map of each TID • PE-300 Financial Report Form required to be filed with the Department of Revenue for each TID • City's financial spreadsheets for each TID current through 5/31/19 For 2018, three new TIDs were created in 2017 and reportable in 2018. These being: • TID No. 31 Buckstaff(Arena) Redevelopment • TID No. 32 Granary Redevelopment • TID No. 33 Lamico (Annex) Redevelopment Not included in the report are two TIDs that were created in 2018 and will be reported as part of the 2019 report. These being: • TID No. 34 Oshkosh Corporation Global Headquarters • TID No. 35 Oshkosh Avenue Redevelopment For 2018 the City had 23 active TIDs with a total combined value of$246,996,000 of which $147,710,300 was tax increment. Relative to the 12% statutory maximum increment value cap, the City was at 3.63%based on a 2018 municipal equalized value of$4,073,682,600. Based on 2018 total municipal equalized value, the City could have a maximum TID increment value of $488,841,912. This means there could be an additional$341,131,612 of tax increment added before the City would run up against the 12%value cap and not be able to create additional TIDs. Main Street by providing parking support to the two anchor buildings in the district; the First National Banking Building at 404 N. Main Street and the Exclusive Company Building (formerly V&S Variety) at 318 N Main Street. Tax increment collected from the district is used to support debt service cost of the City's Parking Utility that constructed the lot.
