PURPOSE: APPROVE BLOCK PARTY REQUEST / MELISSA BLASKE /
UTILIZE HUBBARD STREET BETWEEN 19TH AVENUE & 20TH
AVENUE TO HOLD THEIR NEIGHBORHOOD BLOCK PARTY/
JULY 27, 2019
INITIATED BY: CITY ADMINISTRATION
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of
Oshkosh that approval is granted to Melissa Blaske to utilize Hubbard Street between 191h
Avenue and 201h Avenue on Saturday, July 27, 2019, from 5:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. to hold
their neighborhood block party in accordance with the municipal code and the attached
application, with the following exceptions/conditions:

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that as a condition of approval, the Event Organizer
shall pay the City's actual costs for extraordinary services.
