Res 19-325 Authorize the issuance of$15,820,000 aggregate principal amount of General Obligation Promissory Notes, Series 2019B of the City of Oshkosh, Winnebago County, Wisconsin, in such amount, providing details, prescribing the form of note, awarding the notes to the best bidder, levying taxes & related matters • 8.
