Home My WebLink About21. 19-285 MAY 14, 2019 19-285 RESOLUTION (CARRIED 6-0 LOST LAID OVER WITHDRAWN ) PURPOSE: APPROVE COMBINATION "CLASS A" LICENSES, CLASS "B" FERMENTED MALT LICENSES, SPECIAL CLASS "B" LICENSES, OPERATOR LICENSES AND TAXI-CAB DRIVER LICENSE INITIATED BY: CITY CLERK WHEREAS, an application and all required documentation for a license has been submitted,fees deposited, and all reviews and inspections required by city ordinance have been completed; and WHEREAS, the Chief of Police and Fire Chief, or their respective designees, and a representative of the Winnebago County Health Department have recommended that the following licenses be granted or conditionally granted as noted in their report to the City Clerk; and WHEREAS, any licensee whose license is granted subject to conditions has been notified of those conditions and has had the opportunity to appear before the Council and be heard in relation to any of those conditions.
