(+$22,719.83) BACKGROUND Change Order No. 3 for Contract 17-06 is scheduled for consideration by the Common Council at the May 14, 2019 meeting. The contract was originally awarded to Al Dix Concrete, Inc. in March of 2017, Change Order No. 1 was approved by the Common Council in September of 2017, and Change Order No. 2 was approved by the Common Council in February of 2018. This change order includes finalizing the contract quantities so they match the field conditions.
